Dining & Evening Atmosphere

Gourmet half board and contemporary sushi experiences

Your stay includes half board, combining a generous breakfast with a refined, multi-course dinner experience each evening. The hotel’s dining and lounge spaces are designed to feel stylish yet welcoming, making them as suited to a relaxed glass of wine as they are to a celebratory winter evening in Ischgl.

Hotel Madlein also features MAD Sushi, a contemporary sushi bar located in the hotel bar area. Guests can enjoy freshly prepared sushi, sashimi and tempura dishes, created in an open kitchen using high quality ingredients and modern techniques.

MAD Sushi is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 3 pm to 10 pm, and offers a refined yet relaxed dining option after a day on the mountain. On Thursday evenings, the atmosphere becomes more vibrant with Sushi and Beats, combining signature sushi creations with live DJ music.

Ischgl is typically reached by road transfer via regional airports. If you would like to elevate the journey, GlobeAir can arrange private jet travel on request (additional cost), with chauffeured transfers coordinated to the hotel.
