Pricing Options

• A complete estate buy out (which includes exclusive access to all four villas and the entire five hectare property) starts from €90,000 per week during the low season and reaches €175,000 per week during the peak summer months.
• For more intimate escapes Villa Bura can be reserved individually with weekly rates ranging from €10,000 to €20,000 depending on your travel dates.
• An Advance Provisioning Allowance is required for additional bespoke dining and experiences.

Optional add-on
Round-trip private jet flights to Dubrovnik Airport from your preferred departure city can be arranged on request. Flight costs are quoted separately.

• Villa Maestral: Spanning 870 square metres this villa offers three double bedrooms, a quiet library, and a professional kitchen where your chef can prepare culinary masterpieces.
• Villa Ostro: A 680 square metre retreat featuring two double bedrooms, a private wine cellar, a music lounge, and a peaceful study.
• Villa Bura: Set apart for ultimate seclusion this 450 square metre villa features one double bedroom, a private outdoor pool, a sauna, a massage room, and a billiard room.
