GlobeAir maintains a strict no-smoking policy on all our flights for all passengers' safety and comfort.

Vaping is prohibited on GlobeAir flights, as it falls under our no-smoking policy.

During takeoff and landing, we request that all electronic devices be switched to Airplane mode and secured. Once we've reached cruising altitude, you can use your devices usually.

Slots, or Calculated Takeoff Times (CTOTs), are specific times given by Air Traffic Control (ATC) to ensure smooth traffic flow, particularly in congested airspace or busy airports. At times, this can cause slight delays to your flight schedule. However, at GlobeAir, we're adept at managing these factors to ensure minimal disruption to your journey.

ATC strikes can cause delays or diversions. Our team closely monitors all ATC activities, and in the event of a strike, we work diligently to find the best alternate routes and solutions to ensure you reach your destination with minimal inconvenience.

GAT stands for General Aviation Terminal, and GAC stands for General Aviation Centre. These are designated areas at airports specifically designed for non-commercial aviation services, including private jet services like GlobeAir. Also known as the private jet terminal.

An FBO, or Fixed Base Operator, is a service provider at an airport that offers a broad range of services to private jet passengers and crew. These services may include fueling, aircraft maintenance, hangar, tie-down and parking, pilot training, flight planning, weather briefings, and accommodation arrangements. An FBO serves as a private jet terminal, often providing luxury lounges and facilities for passengers.

On the other hand, a handling agent is a person or a company at the airport responsible for assisting an aircraft from when it lands until it departs. Their services may include ground handling, fueling, cleaning, catering, passenger and crew transportation, and customs and immigration procedures.

In private aviation, the term "handler" is often used interchangeably with FBO, as the companies providing these services overlap.

Fuel stops are typically required for longer flights where the aircraft's fuel capacity is insufficient to cover the entire distance. Different factors can affect the need for a fuel stop, including weather and aircraft weight.
