A good command of English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency at a CEFR level of B2 or higher is recommended for success in our multicultural environment.

German is not required, but basic German skills benefit daily life in Austria. We encourage international candidates to acquire basic language skills.

A passion for aviation, a strong desire to learn, teamwork capabilities, and a drive for excellence are key traits we look for in our candidates.

While we generally require candidates who already have the right to work in Austria, we do offer visa sponsorship for specific roles that are challenging to fill; where this is the case, it will be stated in the job ad.

1. An online/in-person interview
2. RealDrives Assessment
3. Follow-up interview
4. Trial day
5. Interview with the CEO/VP (Depending on the positions applied for)

Be yourself and align with our values; familiarize yourself with the job description, company history, the core aspects of our business and recent achievements.

A member of our Recruitment Team and the relevant Team Leader will conduct the interview.

Feedback is generally provided within two weeks following your interview.

What happens after receiving a job offer?

You'll get an initial offer via email, followed by a detailed Contract of Employment and information about the onboarding process.

We offer a permanent All-In Contract of Employment.

A standard one-month trial period applies.

Yes, and we reimburse course fees upon passing exams.

An Empty Leg occurs when our jets return to base or move to another location without passengers. GlobeAir employees and their families (with the employee present) enjoy complimentary access to these flights, subject to availability.

Yes, our employees have access to the PolyGusto Cafeteria at the GlobeAir headquarters, where they can enjoy a variety of Austrian dishes at very reasonable prices: €2.60 for a meal without soup and €3.60 for a meal with soup.
