Perched on the hills of Nice, nestled within the discreet vineyards of Bellet, stands Château de Crémat, a sprawling French family wine estate fashioned in neo-Tuscan style.

The history of this Castle dates back to the time of the Roman Empire, over 2000 years ago. However, it was in the early 20th century that it became one of the most iconic places on the French Riviera.

In 1923, Irène Bretz (also the owner of the legendary Negresco) initiated renovation works under the guidance of the Dalmas architectural firm (responsible for constructing the Carlton in Cannes), transforming the estate into a true symbol of the extravagance of the “Roaring Twenties”.

A century later, the Castle still resonates with one of France's most festive periods and continues to solidify its status as an essential destination for enthusiasts of celebration and culture on the French Riviera.

Since Roman times, the Château de Crémat has been a wine-growing site located in an idyllic setting between the sea and the mountains.
