Winter is sublime in Périgord, offering us one of its most beautiful gifts, the Truffle. The search for the black diamond in the estate, cooking classes with Chef Joris Noblet, and a local caviar tasting will sharpen your culinary knowledge and delight your taste buds.

You will accompany Pépito, Cazenac's truffle dog, to unearth the black diamonds from the estate's truffle groves before discovering sumptuous recipes to cook them with Chef Joris Noblet. A visit will be organised to a sturgeon farm to discover this ancestral know-how and taste exceptional caviars, all paired with wines selected by sommelier Florent Martin.

Outline of the Immersion

The courses will be conducted using written materials, theoretical and practical lessons, visits, tastings, and a project for a "Top Chef" style hands-on experience on the final morning. Lunches and dinners are gourmet and executed in "food & wine pairings."
