Be part of Tusk Conservation Awards
A British non-profit organization called Tusk Trust was founded in 1990 to promote wildlife conservation in Africa. The organization has a significant impact on the preservation of several other endangered species in Africa, including the African lion, African rhinoceros, and African elephant. The goal of Tusk is to increase the effect of forward-thinking conservation programs across Africa. Charles Mayhew MBE, who serves as the Chief Executive, founded the Tusk Trust. The Hon. Stephen Watson was succeeded as Chairman of the Tusk Board by Alexander Rhodes in 2020, with the help of the Tusk Development Board. Since 2005, Prince William has served as the group's Royal Patron. Tusk is a part of the Princes' Charities Forum, a project that Prince William and Prince Harry launched in 2006 to unite their charity interests and create synergies among the roughly 20 organizations they support.
