About the Nafsika Villa

Dramatic clifftop setting and panoramic sea views

Combining Cycladic architecture with modern design, Nafsika Estate is a gem of minimalistic style adorning a quiet part of Santorini’s Caldera, surrounded by nothing else but the wild beauty of the island’s nature.

The neutral tones of the estate’s design, the privacy and serenity of this secluded area, the gentle sounds of the sea, and the mesmerising volcano views complete Nafsika’s tranquil ambience and distinct character.

A 350 sq.m. grand estate with five bedrooms spread over two levels, connected by both indoor and outdoor stairs, Nafsika Estate sleeps ten people and comes complete with staff, including a chef and butler.

The main living and dining areas are on the upper floor, with large windows facing the pool and the breathtaking Caldera views. Adjacent to the dining area, a kitchen for guests’ use is available, featuring all necessary appliances and provisions to prepare light snacks, coffee, juices and more. A second living area is located on the ground floor.

A spacious master bedroom on the upper level features an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower, walking wardrobe, study area and large windows overlooking the Caldera. Three more double bedrooms are on ground level, with en-suite bathrooms with rain showers and windows facing the pool and the expansive terrace towards the Caldera and the volcano. A twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on ground level facing the back patio.

The ample outdoor space features a large pool for lively swims or utmost relaxation on the poolside sun loungers. Outdoor barbecue facilities are available for sumptuous meat or fish barbecues prepared by the estate’s chef. Depending on the occasion and the guests’ desires, the outdoor space can be used for romantic dinners, family gatherings, parties with friends or even wedding ceremonies and receptions overlooking the Aegean sea and the magnificent Santorini scenery.
