Job Description

You are the point of contact for visitors, management and employees and fulfil the following tasks:

  • Serving as a first contact person with responsibility for reception, welcoming and catering of guests
  • Creating and preserving a pleasant work environment in the office & catering area, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, order & cleanliness
  • Maintaining office conditions, getting in touch with facility management vendors and cleaning
  • Providing support in various organisational and administrative matters: updating the CRM database, organising the workflow of pilot’s uniforms, organising events.
  • Running errands outside the office, picking up guests or external employees from the airport or train station (driving licence B is needed)
  • Logistics: Shipping, postal delivery & reception, storage organisation


  • Commercial education
  • Excellent English and German skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, sense of urgency and prioritisation
  • Friendly appearance & polite manners
  • Experience as an Office Manager or administrative assistant and knowledge in accounting is a plus
  • Driving licence B is a must

Additional Information

  • This position is full-time and based in Linz-Hörsching, Austria (LOWL/LNZ)
  • Annual gross salary EUR 25.200 (compensation negotiable according to skills and qualification)
