A food and wine tour in Australia is a delicious and enjoyable experience and a fascinating way to learn about the country's rich culinary heritage. Day 1

We are bound for Melbourne, Australia’s capital of food, wine and arts.

We’ll check into our preferred accommodation provider, Crown Towers for two nights. Single king rooms start from $450 AUD per night, and larger suites from $1,200 AUD per night.

Once checked in, we drive across the Yarra River and head to the Melbourne City Helipad for our Luxury Wine Tour at Levantine Hill.

A quick 25-minute flight taking in the beauty of Melbourne’s Yarra Valley region will have us touching down right near the Cellar Door.

Partake in the half-day tour of the winery, including tasting and wrap up the tour with a gourmet lunch from Levantine Hill’s popular Mediterranean-inspired menu.

After world-class wine and a beautiful lunch, you’ll board the helicopter for the flight back to Melbourne’s City Helipad.

For the remainder of the day, we recommend booking some spa treatments at Crown’s in-house Spa and enjoying one of their many restaurants, including Gradi, Spice Temple, Nobu and more.

Day 2

Today is about you and comes down to where you want to explore. If you’re ready to explore, we recommend taking in the sights and sounds of Melbourne’s City precinct, including its famous laneway dining options.

Perhaps you’d enjoy another helicopter tour to the 12 Apostles.

The Airly head office is in Melbourne and can help with what’s on and activities to suit your interests for day two – which is all about you.

Day 3

We now head back to the airport and take a 45-minute flight to Devonport in Tasmania.Once landed, we will take a chauffeur to Cradle Mountain.

​​Iconic Cradle Mountain is a place of exceptional natural beauty in the heart of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area. From moss-covered ancient rainforests and deep river gorges to snow-covered mountain peaks, wild alpine moorlands and glacial lakes, the park is revered for its diverse and breathtaking landscapes.

We’ll stay at Peppers Cradle Mountain for the night, but the day is yours to explore the tracks around Dove Lake or enter the Cradle underworld on a canyoning tour.

Day 4

Today sees us driving back to Devonport and flying down to the capital of Tasmania, Hobart.

Hobart is best known for the Museum of New and Old Art (MONA), Salamanca Markets and Mount Wellington, which is easily accessible from the city.

For the night, we recommend MACq 01 Hotel which starts from $450 AUD per night.

Day 5

On the final leg of this tour, we fly from Hobart to Adelaide in the South of Australia’s mainland.

Adelaide is the gateway to the acclaimed Barossa Valley wine region.

Check in to Eos by SkyCity which starts from $500 AUD per night then we’ll take a chauffeur to the Barossa region.

There’s far too many experiences and choices in the region to list. It all comes down to your taste, mood and best recommendations from the local agents on the ground.

All we know is after a day’s exploring you’ll be ready to head back to the 5 star luxury provided at Eos by Sky City for the night.

Day 6

After a late breakfast, you can return home through Adelaide Airport or we’ll be delighted to return you to Sydney or any other destination along the eastern half of Australia.
