*base training: According to EASA standards each pilot’s Type Rating training should be followed by the Base Training. Base Training consists of 6 take-offs and landings, under the supervision of the Type Rating Instructor. The overall purpose of Base Training is the acquisition and honing of basic Type Rating skills.
The importance of pilot's recruitment
Additionally, for the recruitment of new pilots, GlobeAir partnered together with Aeronautx. Selected and monitored by GlobeAir from day one, cadets will embark upon a unique route of training which will take them directly to the role of First Officer on board of C510 aircraft, flying GlobeAir routes across Europe.
