Linz, Austria 27/10/2014 – GlobeAir, one of the most successful pioneers of the air taxi service in Europe, obtained a new Aircraft Operator’s Certificate (AOC)in compliance with the latest European regulation EC 965/2012 “EASA CAT IR” and is now approved for air cargo transportation.
GlobeAir dedicated an entire team of experts working in real time with many focal points at Austro Control allowing it to reach this new milestone well ahead of schedule.

GlobeAir has worked together with the National Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) to achieve all the certifications and to fully comply with the regulations established by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for commercial operators in Europe, implementing successfully all the new requirements in the daily flight operations addressing the highest level of flight safety”.

The revolutionary Performance-based Navigation (PBN) represents in fact a turning point in aviation, which provides flight profile efficiency and airspace optimization.
