Georg WILFING (Customer Care Manager)

“Reliability, friendliness, competence and enthusiasm 24/7” are the keys to emotional customer loyalty according to Georg WIILFING. Prompt reaction times and customer-oriented solutions have been his declared objective from his very first day at GlobeAir. After all, GlobeAir grows thanks to word of mouth endorsements from satisfied customers.

Georg BERNHOFER (Flight Operations Manager)

He has over 18 years of experience as an international pilot, flight operations manager, training manager, flight safety officer, and other key flight related positions. Georg is GlobeAir´s go-to person for company procedures in compliance with European regulations (EU-OPS), pilot communication and coordination, crew training and safety. His objective is increasing awareness in the area of flight safety and customer service, ensuring the highest standards are met.

Martin HINKEL (Quality Manager)

A trained aircraft mechanic and former professional helicopter pilot Martin HINKEL has been with GlobeAir from the very beginning. As quality manager, he ensures strict compliance with aviation-law, company-internal and technical requirements. He has made a great effort to develop the airline.


Claudia FANINI (Marketing & Communications Manager)

This marketing professional’s career path has led her to GlobeAir through some large (luxury sector) companies. Since then, Claudia FANINI has been committed to shaping and maintaining our image, organizing events and establishing promising partnerships. She aims to increase the popularity, recognition and visibility of our brand and to build an international collaboration network.

 

Manuela STEFAN (Back Office Manager)

With her strengths in dealing with people, she is a welcome addition to GlobeAir´s customer focused team. Manuela STEFAN takes pride in ensuring that clients are well looked after, from the first contact to the first flight, ensuring that they become GlobeAir frequent fliers.
